gigi rocks at snowboarding
today perry brought gigi snowboarding, which was her first time ever to go snowboading, and so i got a front-row seat to watch perry be a good “manong” as he taught gi how to snowboard… she’s a fast learner! or he’s a great teacher =) either way, it was really neat to see her pick up the necessary skills so quickly. she was turning by the 3rd time up the lift, and she was carving by the end of the day! he even ‘tricked’ her into going down miracle mile, although she didn’t really want to at first cuz it looked so steep, but then she was able to turn and go toe-edge going down the black diamond part of miracle mile. i was just so impressed! oh, and she even tried a jump! i think she’s awesome! =) next season i’m sure she’ll be kicking my butt and going off the jumps and probably doing rails and boxes…
and here they are having lunch… the two of them couldn’t take a “normal” picture to save their lives… they’re pretty cute together =)
hey! were you there on sunday??? i was there on sunday with some pharm classmates. wierd. anyhoo...i got the residency position at the va loma linda. so, looks like i’ll be in your hood come july!
